Delete your Redemptive Real Estate account

Request deletion without the app

You do not need to install the app or sign in to request deletion. Email us from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Redemptive Real Estate account deletion request.” Ask us to delete your account and associated personal data.

Email an account deletion request

Send to Contact@rhemaweb.biz. If you cannot access that email address, contact us for help verifying account ownership. Never send your password or payment-card details. We may verify ownership before deleting data and will respond about any information or follow-up needed.

Subscriptions and retained records

Account deletion does not automatically cancel a Stripe membership subscription. Ask support to cancel any active subscription as part of your request before deleting the account. You can request help with both in the same email.

Deletion removes your account and linked app records, including authored community content, sent messages, notifications and event registrations. Other participants' messages may remain. Payment, invoice, dispute, fraud-prevention and legally required records may be retained for their necessary purpose. The privacy policy describes the current deletion flow and provider/storage limits; support can review associated uploaded files and provider-held data as part of your request.

You can also open Account Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. Type DELETE and confirm only when you are ready.
